What to Expect Next:

VDCrx prescriptions will be transferred to Mixlab.
For compliance and patient safety, Mixlab will be reaching out ahead of your refill due date to confirm necessary details, including your pet’s date of birth, weight and allergies, along with your payment information.
While some medications may look a little bit different, you can rest assured that it’s the same high-quality medications, now prepared using Mixlab’s formulary, which is backed by USP and additional third-party potency testing
New orders will continue to ship with fast and free next-day delivery, with refills arriving by the refill due date.

You submit a prescription

The fastest and easiest way to submit a prescription is online through eMix. Or you can text, email, call or fax us too!

We text your clients a checkout link

Your client will confirm and place the order and choose their preferred delivery window.

We deliver to your client’s home

You can stay updated with real-time order tracking. For your clients, we’ll text them tracking information and confirm when the care package has been delivered.

They treat their pet

Everything they need to administer the medication is included. We often will include something special!

We follow up and check in

From wellness checks to refill reminders, our proactive check-ins reduce calls to your practice and help make sure your clients stay compliant with their at-home care.

We receive your animal's prescription

Your veterinarian sends us a prescription, or we can reach out to them for you. Whatever is easiest!

We text you a link to check out

Once your prescription is confirmed, we’ll text you a link to check out and select your preferred delivery window.

We deliver your package

We’ll let you know when your animal's meds are on the way! You can also track your order online through our self-service client portal. Delivery is fast and free.

You treat your animal

Everything you need to care for your animal is included in your care package. Sometimes, we'll even include a special surprise! When it’s time for a refill, we’ll reach out in advance, so you never have to worry.
