SBH will no longer fulfill veterinary prescriptions. To ensure you have continued access to the highest-quality medications and the best customer service, SBH has selected Mixlab (that's us!) as your new veterinary pharmacy partner.

On December 17, pet prescription records will be transferred to Mixlab. Existing prescriptions will be added to our convenient refill reminder queue to avoid gaps in therapy and we'll text you to complete the order.

You submit a prescription

The fastest and easiest way to submit a prescription is online through eMix. Or you can text, email, call or fax us too!

We text your clients a checkout link

Your client will confirm and place the order and choose their preferred delivery window.

We deliver to your client’s home

You can stay updated with real-time order tracking. For your clients, we’ll text them tracking information and confirm when the care package has been delivered.

They treat their pet

Everything they need to administer the medication is included, and we often include something special!

We follow up and check in

From wellness checks to refill reminders, our proactive check-ins reduce calls to your practice and help make sure your clients stay compliant with their at-home care.

We receive your pet’s prescription

Your veterinarian sends us a prescription, or we can reach out to them for you. Whatever is easiest!

We text you a link to check out

Once your prescription is confirmed, we’ll text you a link to check out and select your preferred delivery window.

We deliver your package

We’ll let you know when your animal's meds are on the way! You can also track your order online through our self-service client portal. Delivery is fast and free.

You treat your animal

Everything you need to care for your animal is included in your care package, plus an added surprise! When it’s time for a refill, we’ll reach out in advance, so you never have to worry.
